What if the item I want is out of stock?

Generally we like to avoid selling out although sometimes a batch may be delayed if we have material shortages. We aim to replenish product within two weeks of selling out.

Can I buy SIDESHIFT GEAR in a retail store?

Our products are exclusively available online, from our website only.

How long do your products last?

We guarantee our products for two years, but will last much longer depending on how frequently and the manner in which they are used.

Where is Sideshift Gear produced?

All Sideshift Gear is made right here in our Yarraville Workshop by our talented staff. We take pride in producing right here in Australia under our own roof.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we generally ship worldwide. International shipping is available at checkout. There may be some exceptions.

How long does shipping take overseas?

Standard could be up to 10 weeks, express is usually between 2-4 weeks.

How long does shipping take in Australia?

Standard usually arrives nationwide within 2 weeks, express shipping is usually within 1-5 business days.

What currency is available?

All payments are accepted in $AUD, some conversations are available at checkout.

What if the order I received is not what I ordered?

Email us straight away at office@sideshift.com.au and we will respond within 24 hours. Fixing any mistakes is entirely on us.

How much does delivery cost?

We currently offer a flat rate of $10 for both standard & express shipping on all items.

How can I return my items back to Sideshift from within Australia?

Send us an email at office@sideshift.com.au and we will aim to assist with returning items.

I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Email us straight away at office@sideshift.com.au and we will respond within 24 hours. Fixing any mistakes is entirely on us.

My order has not arrived?

Standard usually arrives nationwide within 2 weeks, express shipping is usually within 1-5 business days. If your order has passed these timings, please email us straight away at office@sideshift.com.au and we will respond within 24 hours.

I need to cancel my order, is this possible?

If you mistakenly place an order, email us immediately at office@sideshift.com.au before we package and send your order.

What if the product breaks after purchasing?

We guarantee a full refund or replacement on all defected products for up to 2 years post purchase date. Please email photos of the defective item to hello@sideshift.com.au and we will respond within 24hrs.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We're really sorry if you've received a faulty item. Please return the item to us as soon as possible and we can get a replacement sorted for you.

What do I do if the item I received is incorrect?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items as quickly as possible. If we have shipped an incorrect item we will immediately ship out the correct item and cover the cost of return shipping costs of the original item.

What if I choose the incorrect sizing?

Don't worry - we have you covered. Return the item back to us as quickly as possible and let us know which size you require and we'll dispatch a new item right away.
