Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

For Made to order or On-Sale items, shipping will occur according to the estimated date listed on the product page or the lead times applying to that particular sale or promotion. If an order contains both a Make to order item and an in-stock item, the entire order will be shipped together once all the items in the order are finished and ready to ship.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer shipping within Australia using Australia Post Standard Shipping.

We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays during peak periods.

In-Store Pickup

Customers can opt for free in-store pickup at our warehouse in Yarraville, Melbourne. Pickup is available Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM. If you need to arrange a pickup outside these hours, please contact ops@sideshiftgear.com to schedule a time.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries, following the Australia Post International Post Guide. Shipping times vary by destination. To check estimated delivery times, visit Australia Post Tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once your shipment reaches the destination country. SIDESHIFT is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please email ops@sideshiftgear.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
