1. HAPPYTOWAIT Update

From Saturday 10th May at 12PM AEST (in 7 days) our HAPPY TO WAIT promo is going to scale back for a second time, it will be reduced to an opt-in 10% ongoing discount until the end the financial year (30th June).

From now until then the HAPPYTOWAIT code is applied automatically at checkout, current lead times on all orders are 2 weeks, we're a little bit behind on production, but hoping to be caught up very soon.

If you're order is urgent email us your order number and we can look to upgrade it to priority, additional cost will apply.

The reason for this is to allow us time to fully assess the effectiveness of running a make-to-order model, and to reconcile the impact it has had on our production processes, customer service, profitability and overall quality of service.

For the rest of May (10th to the 30th) some products will be unavailable. This means once we have fulfilled this weeks orders, we'll be spending a few weeks on further developing our new chest rigs, updating our pricing models, detail cleaning & painting our factory, updating our product details & descriptions, and more.

2. Product Pipeline
We're currently redesigning some of our core range products, planned updates below (not an exhaustive list)
a) Tool Frogs - new consolidated sizing and construction method.
b) Chest Rig Type 5 and 6 expected release mid/end of May.
c) New elastic organisers will be released towards the end of May.
d) We're expecting to discontinue the Type 1 in the next couple of months, it will be replaced by a simpler, more affordable design.
e) More chest rig accessories are in the works, these will include leccy loops and flashlight pouches.
f) More special release coloured gear is on the way - as well as some early-release chest rigs in various colours and styles
