Here's our plan to address bottlenecks

Hey crew,

Hope everyone is fairing well out there,

This is a quick update to let you know that in July, we'll be dedicating most of the month to overhall our operations.

We're not sure how obvious it is from the outside, but in case anyone was wondering, yes - some much needed TLC is in order around here.

Having downsized over the past 2 years from 11 staff to 4, we need to make sure our processes are super tight in order to maintain the standard we have set for ourselves and the business.

This also means the current EOFY Sale will be our last sale for a while. We've done a lot of promotions this year, and it's been a great test of our capability - but our systems have taken a hit and we haven't yet had an opportunity to catch up and perform the maintenance work that we need to. Instead - we find ourselves just constantly compensating for shortages, whether in manufacturing, fulfillment or customer service. Letting these issues snowball would just be very unfair on our customers and ourselves

Another part of our focus in July will be a total review of the timing and delivery quality of our 2026 orders to date, so if you've been effected by persistent delays or poor communication- we'll try and offer something up some sort of compensation for you either by partial refund or store credit.

So from I'd say - July 2nd, our webstore will revert to a basics collection (limited products) and will mostly be on pre-order to ship in August while we grease the wheels around here and build strong systems that stick.

So if you're planning to gear up this EOFY, best to do it as early as possible.

Thanks crew for your continued support, it really does mean a lot. I'm proud to say we still make all our own products here in Australia, something thats commonly referred to as an impossible task, but we do it anyway.

Thank you and wishing you the very best day

Brett
